REFUND POLICY

Returns

Our return policy lasts for 14 days from the day you got your order. If this 14-day period passes, we can't give you a refund or exchange.

To return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

If you want to return a product, just email us at lawrenlope@web.de, and we'll help you through the return process and get you a refund.

If you live outside the European Union, you might have to pay import duties or customs fees. If you don't cover these costs and never get your order, you can't request a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we get and check your returned item, we'll email you to confirm we received it. Then, we'll process your refund and put the money back on your credit card or original payment method in a few days.

Sale Items (if applicable)

We can only refund regular-priced items, not sale items.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If your sunglasses are damaged when they arrive or have a defect, we'll replace them for free. Just email us at lawrenlope@web.de to arrange an exchange.

Shipping

You need to pay for the shipping costs to return your item. And remember, we can't refund the shipping costs.
